Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with bn5. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
To create a bn5 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, Pakistani mobile number, valid email address, date of birth, and residential address. You are under an ongoing obligation to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bn5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bn5 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bn5 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
bn5 may at any time require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. This may include a copy of your CNIC, Pakistani passport, proof of address, or evidence of your payment method. Failure to complete verification to the satisfaction of bn5 may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is complete.
bn5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bn5 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed as promptly as operationally possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the clearing timelines of the receiving institution. bn5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly on accounts that have not previously completed the full KYC process.
You may only deposit funds into your bn5 account from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits into your account from third parties, is strictly prohibited. If bn5 identifies or suspects a third-party funding arrangement, the affected account will be suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bn5 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms applicable to any bonus before opting in. The general principle is that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be converted to withdrawable cash.
bn5 maintains robust systems for detecting and preventing bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("low-risk wagering"), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses forfeited and may face permanent suspension.
Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified for each individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. Free spins granted as part of a promotion also expire as specified and unused spins will be removed from the account at expiry.

Match result bets may be settled differently depending on whether the event was completed, abandoned, postponed, or affected by exceptional circumstances. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bn5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. bn5's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bn5 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the bn5 platform involves the collection and processing of personal data, including identity information, transaction records, and gameplay history. bn5 processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
